RIDGEWOOD YMCA TO HOST SPEAKEASY FUNDRAISER TO SUPPORT GOOD WORKS PROGRAMS

All are invited to the November 13 event at Knights of Columbus in Ridgewood
The Ridgewood YMCA will host a “Roaring 20’s” themed Speakeasy fundraising event on Friday, November 13 from 6:30 to 10:00pm at the Knights of Columbus in Ridgewood. The evening will include hors d’oeuvres, drinks, music, dancing, a casino table, and more. Tickets are $75 each with proceeds to benefit the Ridgewood YMCA’s Good Works Programs.

Amy Phillips, Director of Development at the Ridgewood YMCA says, “The Y’s Good Works Programs, which include Living Strong, Living Well, a free 12 week strength and fitness program for cancer patients and survivors, and Delay the Disease, our wellness program for those with Parkinson’s Disease, touch the lives of so many of our friends and neighbors each year. We’re inviting the community to come out and enjoy a great night of festivities for a really good cause”.

Michael Tillman, Ridgewood YMCA member and volunteer, will also be honored at the event for his outstanding service to the Y.
